Tis the Season- Furnace Heating Issues
Tis the Season when your furnace will show you that is not performing as it should.
As the temperature started to drop I noticed that the furnace was not producing heat as it should. Temperatures at the registers where below 100°. Electric furnace should be over 100° at the registers. I typically see temperature from 105 to well over 140 degrees.
As it turned out we had an element that had burned out. Luckily this is a fairly easy fix.
Having regular maintenance is key. Even with that things happen, keep your stockings warm by having your heating system serviced each year.
