Just a little Drip… it can be torture.
Most people never venture into their crawlspaces. Heck I get it. I do not like much either, but it is part of the job. I recommend that every crawlspace be inspected yearly to look for pest, plumbing , and moisture issues that can crop up.
Here is a great example. The plumbing was leaking at the connection to the pressure reducing valve. This small drip may not be that big of deal but can lead to much bigger problems. Often these little reservoirs of moisture become watering holes for our little rodent friends and insects. Which can lead to much larger expenses.
Rodent cleanup of crawlspace becomes very expensive very quickly. Most people do not enjoy spending several thousands of dollars on a place they never visit.
So if you are not one for playing with spiders, rodent poo and other fun finds in the crawlspace hire a friend you really do not like. Or best yet give your local Wenatchee Home Inspector a call to go down and do this very important due diligence and protection of one of your most valuable assets… your home.
